Chili chocolate, cherry oatmeal cookies... good for breakfast or any other time.
Ingredients: forget to buy a bag of chocolate chips when getting other stuff. Get home and still want to add chocolate - decide that using a bar of chili chocolate will be just fine as a substitute.
Directions: use standard the Quaker Oatmeal recipe found on the lid for the most part.. I didn't add white sugar at all and I added more oats and I like cherries instead of raisins.
Lesson learned - sometimes forgetting things isn't so bad and you get to try something totally new and delicious. Yay..
