double rainbow - what does it mean

When I first started to learn how to cook I created many plates of beige.  Being a self taught cook nobody told me that when you make white rice/mashed potatoes/noodles, halibut/chicken/tofu and some veggie like zucchini/corn/squash/cabbage/cauliflower then put it on a white plate you'd end up with a large visually unappetizing plate of white (no matter how tasty it actually is, it looks unbelievably bland).  After many more plates of beige than I'd like to admit coming out of my kitchen I eventually made a vow that I would think about making colorful food not just tasty food.

The following recipe is my rainbow tribute to that vow.

Ingredients:

Pretty much every veggie I had available in the refrigerator.
The ones that I used are
Broccoli (Stem and all, I hate to waste)
Cauliflower
Carrot - sliced thin
Purple Cabbage
Onion - sectioned into little quarter moon sections
Garlic - smashed and sliced
Red Bell Pepper
Jalapeño
Thai Basil
Moose Meat - if that's not available go for beef, buffalo, deer, tofu.. whatever..
Oyster Sauce
Soy Sauce
Corn Starch - optional if you like Chinese style sauces
Veggie oil

Directions:

chop veggies, slice meat
Oil in pan heat to med-high
Start with onions for a few minutes then add garlic eventually other veggies with the exception of the red bell peppers.. cook veggie mix 5 min-ish (I like veggies still mostly crunchy) add meat (moose has almost no fat so it can be tough, I tried for Med-rare for the most part) add soy sauce and oyster sauce to taste.  Right before meat is cooked to level of desired done-ness add cornstarch mixed with water to thicken sauce and red bell peppers.

i would say "taste the rainbow goodness" but i'm pretty sure part of that's copyrighted by Skittles (a delicious corn syrup candy of which i only eat the purple flavor)..   But it's late and I'm not feeling like coming up with my own catchy, catch phrase..
