If you have time and you're in a decent sized airport it's nice to be able to sit, relax and have a real meal that isn't wrapped in plastic wrap. Seattle is my most frequented/favorite hub. This is partly because the public transportation is decent and easy to escape the airport when you have enough time.
But, when you don't have the time to escape the airport then I'd say I'm pretty fond of the eats at Anthony's. Aesthetically it's nice to sit at because it is in a section that's exposed to the giant window in the main terminal, which helps with the claustrophobic feeling that occurs when traveling (due to being cooped up with the feeling that if anyone farted you'd all die).. Bonus is that the food is actually good. My particular favorites are the very expensive oysters on a half-shell, the rather bacony clam chowder and the mussels in butter with a side of bread.. mmmm butter..
